Manic Monday.

Monday morning I had precalculus class, so Wayne walked me to class. While I was in class, he went back to his hotel room to grab something we had forgotten, and by the time he got back, my class was over.

We met up in the Cafe on campus and had some lunch and a yummy yogurt with granola. Wayne loves the sandwiches that they sell there, so we got a couple of those--they're very filling!

Since visitors are not allowed in the dorms until 1pm, Wayne and I walked around the square some more. We went back into the glass blowing shop and I noticed some "grab bags." They were only a dollar, so we grabbed a couple and went outside and this is what we found inside them...

Mine...
Wayne's...

I think they're adorable! We plan on getting a few more tomorrow. I think we might pick some out for Wayne to take back for the nieces--maybe just the youngest one.

Once it was past 1, we headed back to my dorm room. I was pretty tired, so I took a nap while Wayne did a few things on the computer. When I woke up, we watched some tv before it was time for my American Literature class. Wayne was wanting to run to the store to get a ball to toss around while I was in class, so he walked me to class and then headed to the store. Unfortunately, my professor never showed up (his wife is/was pregnant and due any day now, so I'm praying everything is fine with her). While I was waiting for Wayne to get back to me, I went across the street to the cafeteria and got some food.

When my Wayne came back to me, he ate the other half of the meal I had gotten and saved for him, then we headed up to my car to leave for Wal-Mart.

Off to the toy section we went. Since Wayne didn't get a chance to pick out a ball earlier, we picked one out for him, and I bought it for him...

I also bought myself a "Littlest Pet Shop," and told myself that this would not be an extremely strange purchase at the age of 19 because, after all, not too long from now I will have little girls of my own who will undoubtedly love for me to pass this toy on to her (see how good I am at rationalizing purchases? I believe I may be getting better, actually!).

Sex and the City: The Movie was the next item on our shopping list. It took us a while to find the extended version, but once we did, we were ready to check out and drive back to the hotel to watch it.

XOXO
