Photo Friday: Puerto Rican Style (Part One)

Enjoying a delicious Sangria. {Yes, the drinking age in Puerto Rico is 18. And yes, I took full advantage of that!}

I can't remember what this was called, but it was beautiful and scrumptious.

Can you spot the lizard? They were everywhere. One even greeted my sister when she went to use the toilet. I guess Puerto Rican lizards are potty trained...

...unfortunately, my sister is not.

Cute, looks like so much fun! Never been attacked by a lizard while headed for the bathroom... :)

You know, speaking of reptiles and bathrooms (maybe the first time that segue has ever been used in the history of the English language), I once had to share a bathroom stall in Turkey with a tortoise the size of a volleyball. It was that or wet my pants, but talk about stage fright!

Oh, I live in fear that something reptilian will show up in my bathroom. Ugh! Happy to find you today! :)

A bright green Sangria? You have to tell me what is in it. I can't wait to get back to PR for cheviche, pina mojitos and great people.

Looks like a fun trip!
I had a glass of the red Sangria last night at a local restaurant with friends. Good stuff, eh?
