Every Tuesday, Wayne hosts Tribute Tuesday. To see more tributes, visit his blog. The first time I participated in Tribute Tuesday, I did a silly little tribute to Wayne. Now that I've done a couple more tributes, I think it's about time I do my sweet Wayne justice with another one.
Wayne,
Wayne,
I could look into your eyes 'til the end of time, and into Eternity. I know that's cliche, but with you, it's true. Just looking at you is intoxicating. I try desperately to memorize your face each time I'm with you. I want to remember every curve, every scar, every inch of your face.
That moment when I saw you in the airport for the first time, it was just like something out of a movie. It was as if everyone else in the busiest airport in the world just disappeared, and suddenly it was just you and me. And then, oh then! Then you gave me my very first kiss. I wondered if you could feel me shaking from how nervous and excited I was at that moment. I'll never forget that..jpg)
There are so many "firsts" I've experienced with you [don't worry, everyone, our relationship is rated PG]. As I've just mentioned, you were the first man I kissed, the first I ever even held hands with. You were the first man I've actually enjoyed seeing a movie with. You were the first man I've ever been to church with. You were the first man I ever [almost] went to a concert with. You were the first man I ever snuck out the back of the concert hall with to go run to our car in the rain. You were the first man I kissed in the rain. You were the first man to ever sing to me as we danced in the rain. You're the first, and only, man I've ever loved.

Wonderful tribute. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. It is a wonderful feeling as a teacher to know that a student remembers your time as their teacher in a good way :) I taught 1st grade for 7 years before deciding to take time off to stay at home with my kids. The kids I taught my first year are now in 9th grade and I still keep in touch with some of them. I love knowing how they are doing and seeing how much they have grown. Best of Luck on becoming a teacher! It is a wonderful career.
Thanks for the comment on my Tribute Tuesday! I love yours! Wayne seems like a riot! He is such a cutie! I love his goofy faces he makes! lol Something about Think you got yourself a good one there!
Jennifer, this is one of the sweetest things I have ever read. I read it a few days on google reader and I forgot to comment so now I must. I've known for a long time that you love Wayne, and I've always known that you love him a lot, but it wasn't until I read this that I realized just how much "a lot" really is. I didn't even know that it was possible to put love into words but I do believe that you did just that. It was simply beautiful.
WOW! What a wonderful tribute! So sweet! :)
Staci~
