Day 5: Wayne's Visit

Tuesday was an eventful day. First off, i got a ticket! I did not know my school was so particular about where we are allowed to park!! Wayne got us lunch from the Canteen and we ate it in my room while I worked on some homework. Then he bit my finger. Yes, you read that correctly. He bit my finger. Don't ask. It's kind of an embarrassing story. Wayne bit down. It hurt so bad I was scared to look down for fear he had bit it off. I laughed. I cried. Tears came. Wayne felt bad. End of story.

Anyway...After all of that and two classes, I had my final class.

Next, we had scheduled an appointment to meet with the missionaries, Elder West and Elder Housely. They are both such nice young men (I realize I sound about 82 by saying that, but they really are). They've both got such great spirits about them. I love their excitement and enthusiasm about studying and teaching the scriptures, and following Jesus Christ's example.

My final task of the day was to record something in the Language Lab with a classmate. This took almost an hour. Not fun.

At the end of the day, though, Wayne and I got to enjoy an amazing meal at none other than the Piazza. I just love him to itty bitty pieces!
