For Wayne

Dear Wayne,

I am sitting here on my bed thinking about the two perfect weeks we just had together. Of course every visit you have here is perfect, but this one was especially so, because I had no school or class or anything to worry about. It was just me and you-- the way I believe it's supposed to be.

We did so many wonderful things like tubing, trying new restaurants, going to the petting zoo, Babyland, seeing new movies together, getting rained out of Lake Lanier, moving out of my college apartment, and so much more. I am so happy we were lucky enough to have all those experiences together! When I'm with you, things like getting caught in a bad storm don't seem quite so bad. When you're with me and you hold me tight in your arms, I feel like everything is right in the world.

Even though it's hard being away from you, I know that I will be back in your embrace soon. I love you so much.
