Day 1, Week 2.

So today wasn't exactly a perfect diet day, but it was a Monday--what can I say? So here's the not perfect list of foods and attempted activity from today...

What I ate:
  • 4 pieces of Little Caesar's thin crust pizza (at least I'm honest, I guess). This actually came out to be about half of my calorie ration for the day--not too bad!
  • 6-inch turkey sub from Subway (no cheese, light mayo, lots of lettuce, mustard)
  • 1 fuji apple
  • 1 banana
  • 100 calorie pack of goldfish
What I drank:
  • 84 oz. water (32 oz. of which had crystal lite fruit punch mixed in)
Activity:
  • about 10 minutes walking
As you can plainly tell, I did not have the most perfect day. However, I did meet many of my goals: I did not add salt to anything, I drank over 64 oz. of water, I ate 2 servings of fruit, I ate about half a serving of vegetables (the sandwich had about half a cup of lettuce on it--not perfect, I know), and I did not drink any coke. I did attempt to exercise today, but I've really been having a bad day with technology (one day I swear I'll either throw a computer out the window of a very tall building, or baseball-bat-it-to-death a la Office Space) and my knee still hurts (it started hurting Saturday night--I have no idea what in the world I did to it!). Hopefully once Wayne gets here we'll be able to start walking outside together. I can't wait!
