I did weigh myself yesterday, and I had gained .8 lbs. Yes, I gained. Of course this was a major disappointment, but I have some suspicions as to why this happened:
- I still need to quit drinking the Cherry Coke Zero.
- I began exercising this week, which seems like it should make me lose, but maybe it messed with my body somehow.
- I put way too much salt on my food.
- I haven't been eating many fruits and vegetables lately.
- Maybe 9pm is too late of a cut-off time for eating.
- I had been eating under my minimum calorie goal until Thursday, when I began eating within my calorie limit.
- Continue exercising.
- NO CARBONATED DRINKS!
- NO EXTRA SALT ON MY FOOD!
- Eat at least 2 fruits and vegetable each day.
- Cut off all solid foods at 8pm.
- Eat within my goal calorie range.
Now onto happier things...my sister had her final bridal shower today. The theme was "Around the Clock," so everyone had a certain time of day that they had to base their gift on. She got some really nice gifts. I was so happy for her. Here are a few pictures of the absolutely delicious (not necessarily the most nutritious) food:

I didn't even realize (until Wayne pointed it out
to me) that this was meant to look like a clock. Too cute!


I won this clock for having a birthday closest to the wedding day (don't you just love winning things for being born?). I thought it was really cute! It'll look adorable in my dorm room. On the desk, maybe? Hopefully I can get a better picture later, once I've found a home for it.
