Day 2, Week 1.

What I ate:
  • 1 serving Annie's Organic Macaroni & Cheese (delicious!)*
  • 3/4 cup organic vegetable pasta
  • 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
  • 1/3 piece of cut up sausage
  • 1 tablespoon light peanut butter
What I drank:
  • 32 oz. crystal lite fruit punch
  • 32 oz. water
  • 1 can cherry coke zero**
  • 1 cup 1% milk
Activity:
  • 65 crunches***
  • 55 minutes cardio
  • 20 minutes arm exercises while walking

*This is the first time I have tried the microwave-friendly-single-serving Annie's Organic Macaroni & Cheese, and I would highly recommend it. Although it is not much better calorie-wise, it actually tasted so much better than the Kraft mac&cheese.
**I'm sort of addicted to this stuff. Although I've been good for about 3 months now with only having one can per day, after this pack of them is gone I'm going to try to give all Coke up completely.
***When Wayne and I started doing these, I began by doing 40, and have increased by 5 crunches each time. My plan is to increase until I get to 100.
