Day 1, Week 1.

What I ate*:
  • 1 cup of organic vegetable pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of basil pasta
  • some left-over grilled shrimp
What I drank:
  • 32 oz. crystal lite lemonade
  • 32 oz. crystal lite fruit punch
  • 1 can cherry coke zero
  • 1 cup 1% milk
Activity:
  • 60 crunches
  • arm exercises
  • 42 minutes walking

*I do realize that I didn't eat enough today. I ate a late lunch, and by the time I got hungry, it was past 9:00, and I'm trying not to eat anything after 9:00. Overall, I'm really happy with how I did today, but there's always room for improvement!
